Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit. 

 

Your deposit will be taken off the final price of your treatment. 

 

If you would like to reschedule your booking more than 72 hours' prior to your appointment, please contact us and we will arrange this for you. 

 

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 72 hours' notice, you will forfeit your deposit.

Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or any appointments not attended, will incur a late cancellation fee. Our late cancellation fee is 40% of the total cost of the treatment.

 

Please understand our cancellation policy has only been introduced as we have seen an increase in last minute cancellations in the last few years. It wastes clinic time and takes appointments away from others who would like to book. 

 

To keep our practice fair, our cancellation policy applies to all patients for all reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse treatments to patients who recurrently reschedule, cancel, or do not attend their appointments.
